    ALL SALES ARE FINAL

    • All Mio Santori jewelry is UPGRADABLE upon quality inspection & sales receipt.
      • ie: You buy a Hollow 14k Rope chain/2.5mm/22in for $425 and some time elapses (Week, Month, Year, 5 years, etc.)— you decide you want to upgrade to something slightly thicker & solid or maybe you want to get your first diamond piece; as long as the value is HIGHER THAN $425.                                                                                                 All we would need is the initial rope chain, sales receipt, and to do a quality inspection. Upon approval, we would credit you $425 towards the new upgraded item and the remaining balance would be owed.
    • There are NO returns/exchanges on customized jewelry. All of our custom orders are guaranteed under our Lifetime Warranty. Lifetime Warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. Mio Santori will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacture defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, etc) thereafter repairs vary in cost.
